"Write a short story every week. It's not possible to write 52 bad short stories in a row." Ray Bradbury from Freedom with WritingWhile cruising through Pinterest for story ideas (because seriously, there are some good ideas there), I came across the above quote by Ray Bradbury (Fahrenheit 451) and I thought it was a brilliant concept.
Therefore, while I'm overseas with ideas pouring over me whether from what I've researched, vignettes I see, or inspiration from Pinterest, I'm going to write a short story every week.
Beginning on May 7, I'll post my stories (which gives me a little time to edit them before I have publishing them). I want honest feedback - is it good? What needs work. How did the story make you feel? Would you like more of a particular style?
I'm trying to exercise my writing abilities, trying new thoughts and new genres. We'll see how this goes, because I can't write 52 bad stories in a row.
Anyone want to join me on this venture?
